Company Overview Established in 2007, Jarlin Cabinetry is a wholesale kitchen cabinet supplier serving South Florida. The company operates a warehouse in Charlotte NC. Job Overview As a customer-facing warehouse worker, you’ll help customers and coworkers while keeping products moving safely and accurately through warehouse operations. You’ll support order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping and receiving, using warehouse equipment and systems as needed. Duties Assist customers with locating and collecting products; pick, pack, package, and stage orders for fulfillment. Receive, stock, and track inventory; load and unload materials and help maintain accurate inventory records. Operate appropriate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, order pickers, cherry pickers, and cranes, when trained and authorized. Use radio-frequency (RF) scanners and inventory management software or a warehouse management system (WMS), including AS400, to process warehouse transactions. Follow safety regulations and protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices. Your impact: Accurate, safe order handling helps customers receive the right products and supports reliable warehouse distribution. Requirements Warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, materials handling, and shipping and receiving. Basic math, technical proficiency, and experience with inventory management software or warehouse management systems; AS400 familiarity is useful. Ability to perform heavy lifting and safely operate material handling equipment; experience with heavy equipment, forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, cherry pickers, order pickers, and pallet jacks is useful. Familiarity with stocking, picking and packing, order picking, load and unload tasks, inventory control, and inventory management. Commitment to safety protocol adherence, PPE use, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus.
