Customer Experience Specialist

This is WITRON Join WITRON as a Customer Experience Specialist! Job Summary: The Customer Experience Specialist will be working to support our national Spare Parts program. This is a multi-faceted position that will include spare parts order processing, managing open orders with customers, and prioritizing with our customers. Core daily duties will include order entry, order processing receiving, and customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Creating new spare parts orders from customers Processing orders as they move to fulfillment Corresponding with customers via email and phone calls Aiding in prioritizing and escalating customer orders Working with procurement to fulfill orders Work in cooperation with Germany counterparts Customer service on all in process orders Supporting customer repair order processing Support other Supply Chain colleagues needs Skills & Knowledge Experience with electro/mechanical products a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent computer skills Experience with SAP a plus Experience with forklifts and other MHE (operation, training, inspections), a plus Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent is required Post-secondary education preferred 1 year of experience in a customer service role Scheduling & Travel Ability to work regular business hours (occasional off hours work may be required) Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required (Minimal) Physical Requirements Continuous walking, climbing and standing Excellent written and verbal skills Must be able to lift 50lbs or more Join WITRON and be part of a team that's shaping the future of automation logistics!
