Our Customer Care Representative/Dispatcher plays a major role in how customers feel about us before a technician ever arrives. We are looking for someone who is warm, confident, organized, calm under pressure, and willing to be coached. You will answer customer calls, schedule appointments, document concerns clearly, help prioritize urgent needs, coordinate technicians, and communicate with customers before delays become problems.
