Custom storage/ receiving specialist
tcandelaria@all-phasegr.comOverview As a Custom Storage/Receiving Specialist, you’ll keep materials moving accurately from arrival through storage and order fulfillment. You’ll use warehouse systems and equipment to receive, track, stock, pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment while supporting safe, organized warehouse operations. Your impact: Accurate inventory and timely order handling help customers and internal teams get the right materials when they need them. Duties Receive, inspect, unload, and record incoming shipments; resolve discrepancies and maintain clear inventory records. Use a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, material requirements planning (MRP) to complete data entry and inventory management tasks. Stock and organize materials, then pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping and order fulfillment. Support shipping and receiving, warehouse distribution, and shipping logistics; follow applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Operate equipment such as a forklift, order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner, and pallet jack, as authorized and trained. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, or logistics, is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management software, warehouse management systems, ERP systems, MRP is an asset. Basic math, accurate data entry, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office are helpful. Ability to perform stocking, load and unload, order picking, picking and packing, and packaging tasks safely. Customer service skills and attention to detail; forklift or other equipment experience is preferred.
