Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for custom and special-order requests for shipping and packaging products.
• Thoroughly review customer specifications, pricing, and lead times to create accurate custom order quotes.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to confirm feasibility and delivery timelines.
• Skillfully enter and maintain detailed order data in our ERP/CRM systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Monitor order status, proactively communicate updates, and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
• Work closely with sales and account managers to support key customer accounts effectively.
• Analyze order patterns and client feedback to recommend innovative process improvements.
• Ensure all orders meet internal policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
