What You'll Do Framing & Production — Your Primary Focus Learn and perform custom framing production, from precise measurements and material preparation through final assembly. Develop proficiency in cutting, joining, fitting, and finishing frames, mats, glass, acrylic, and backing materials. Learn to operate specialized framing equipment safely, accurately, and efficiently. Develop knowledge of appropriate preservation techniques for artwork, textiles, jerseys, and treasured memorabilia. Perform thorough quality checks to ensure every finished piece meets our standards. Manage assigned projects efficiently while meeting production deadlines. Take increasing ownership of projects as your skills and experience develop. Creative Design & Customer Experience — Opportunities to Grow Develop an understanding of framing design principles, including color, texture, proportion, and material selection. Learn how thoughtful framing choices enhance, complement, and preserve artwork. Work alongside experienced designers to explore creative solutions and understand customer preferences. Gradually develop confidence in presenting design recommendations and explaining framing options. Build customer service and consultative sales skills, helping customers make informed decisions. Grow toward independently guiding customers through the custom framing design experience. Teamwork & Store Operations Collaborate with teammates to coordinate production priorities and customer commitments. Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment. Support inventory management, material preparation, and showroom presentation. Take initiative, solve problems, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
