Custom Apparel Production Associate

Bucks County, PA · Full-time, 30–40 hrs/week · $18/hr to start, raise at 90 days · Paid training, no experience needed We print custom shirts, hoodies, and hats for contractors and small businesses. Every order has someone’s name or logo on it. When we get it wrong, they notice. Who this is for: This is an entry-level job. It’s for someone who wants to learn how custom shirts get made, start to finish, and get paid while learning. No experience needed. We’ll teach you everything. What we can’t teach is caring. The job, plainly: Check in blank shirts when they arrive. Count them, check sizes and colors against the order. Make the shirts, lined up right. Inspect every piece. If it’s not right, it doesn’t go out. Fold and bag the shirts neatly, sorted by size. Ship orders. Pack, label, and get them out the door. Clean the shop and keep it organized. That’s most days. It’s repetitive, and doing it right every time is the job. You’re right for this if: A crooked logo bugs you You count things twice because you’d rather be sure You’d stop a job and ask before you’d ship something “good enough” You show up when you say you will, every time You’re not right for this if: You want to rush through orders and go home “Close enough” is fine by you You call out a lot We don’t need the fastest person.
