Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking Custodian to join our team and support our continued growth. This role will be involved in support overall facility building and grounds maintenance activities. The activities carried out as part of this job will result in not only improved facility appearance but also enhanced functionality. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Forklift Operation: Safe operation of a forklift to transport materials, clear waste, and support facility flow (Requires valid certification). Facility & Warehouse Cleanup: Maintaining cleanliness across the broader industrial production and warehouse floor settings. Scrap & Recycling Removal: Managing the collection, sorting, and disposal/removal of production scrap and recycling materials. Material Movement: Using material handling equipment to relocate heavy molds, bins, or supplies as needed to support operations. Secondary Support: Assisting with higher-level facility maintenance tasks and maintaining localized work/storage areas. What do we offer? Math skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Physical Demands: Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs., ability to climb and descend stairs, ability to work with little supervision. Work environment: May work in conditions that are wet or humid, near moving mechanical parts; in high, precarious places; around fumes or airborne particles; around toxic or caustic chemicals; around unpleasant odors; in outdoor weather conditions, in extreme heat, around vibration, or in places where may be at risk for electrical shock. Forklift Certification High School Degree or equivalency. Six (6) months of experience in custodial.
