Role Overview Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Custodians to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility by performing daily cleaning and sanitation throughout the warehouse, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining FNL’s safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning of warehouse floors, aisles, restrooms, and break rooms Dispose of trash and debris according to company procedures Operate industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., sweepers, floor scrubbers) Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizers Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs or unclogging drains Report hazards, damages, or maintenance needs promptly Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols Support special cleaning or organization projects as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision Skills & Attributes: High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and independence Team player with strong communication skills Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols Experience with industrial cleaning tools/equipment a plus Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods Work may involve exposure to dust, noise, cleaning agents, and varying temperatures Must be comfortable operating cleaning machinery and performing repetitive tasks Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed Why Join Our Team Join Fashion Nova Logistics and become part of a team that values safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
