Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Address and resolve high-level, non-routine customer issues and complaints.
• Support coordination of daily workflow among customer service and warehouse personnel.
• Assist in training new hires on customer service procedures and protocols.
• Back up other customer service representatives as needed.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain professional communication standards in line with company policies.
• Support operational efficiency by identifying waste and process improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
• Experience with customer service functions.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to handle higher-level customer issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to assist in training and workflow coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in warehouse roles such as Stock Clerk, Shipping Clerk, Receiving Clerk, or Warehouse General roles.
Tools, Equipment, and Systems
