You will work closely with internal staff, drivers, and customers to help ensure orders are prepared, verified, released, and delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Pull carts of product, assemble customer orders, verify items for accuracy, and prepare products for release.
• Assist with loading driver vehicles, scheduling deliveries, and troubleshooting order issues as needed.
• Work in cooler environments for extended periods to source, pull, audit, and release products.
• Support customer service at the desk by scanning out products and providing customer orders from the cooler.
• Bunch, merchandise, and prepare products for the sales floor, including cutting flower stems to appropriate sizing.
• Handle pails up to 30 lbs, pull heavy carts, and assist staff and customers as required.
Compensation and Benefits
• Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.

• Monday: Logistics from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., Product Release from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: Logistics from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., Product Release from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: Logistics from 4:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m., Marketplace Scanning/Bunching from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Thursday: Logistics from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., Product Release from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Friday: Logistics from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., Marketplace Scanning/Bunching from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
