As the primary point of contact between our technicians and clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely communication. Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions. Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring timely and accurate bookings that align with technician availability. Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to support daily operations. Assist with customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction with services provided and address any concerns. Help maintain an organized workflow and support the team in achieving company goals. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or similar roles is a plus. Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent). A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
