Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate receiving and processing of all inbound freight
• Direct personnel through offloading, sorting, palletizing, and loading
• Inspect pallet quality to reduce damages and misroutes
• Assign dock doors and estimate inbound shipment volumes
• Assist with training and reviewing procedures with staff
Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Detail oriented, organized, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to follow instructions and accept supervision
• Forklift, pallet truck, or pallet jack experience preferred
