Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Cross Dock Manager for our Aurora, CO location. Lead a key operation within Keystone’s U.S. and Canadian distribution network Influence customer service and delivery performance Advance your career with leadership development and internal growth opportunities About the Role As a Cross Dock Manager, you will oversee cross-dock and delivery operations, manage drivers and facility staff, maintain fleet readiness, and coordinate with internal teams to support accurate, timely service. What You’ll Do Plan, direct, and monitor daily cross-dock operations, delivery routes, schedules, and driver assignments Track on-time delivery, route adherence, productivity, safety, and other key performance indicators Conduct driver observations, coaching sessions, and performance reviews Hire, train, develop, schedule, and manage cross-dock staff, including corrective action and employment decisions Oversee DOT-compliant fleet maintenance, service records, repairs, and vehicle readiness to minimize downtime Partner with distribution center leadership on inbound shipment quality, accuracy, condition, and timeliness Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve returns, damaged products, and delivery issues promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility using 5S principles Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of transportation, material handling, high-volume warehousing, freight consolidation, or trucking terminal experience Prior senior lead, supervisor, or management experience Strong people leadership, planning, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of DOT requirements, fleet maintenance practices, route performance, and safe delivery operations No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and regularly stand, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb Benefits and Perks Competitive compensation, Daily Pay, direct deposit, and bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, prescription, HSA, and FSA benefit options 401(k) with company match, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability, and short-term disability options Paid time off and company holidays Tuition assistance and scholarship opportunities for dependents Employee referral bonus program and employee purchase discounts Ongoing training, internal growth opportunities, leadership development, wellness resources, and Employee Assistance Program access Who We Are Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is North America’s leading distributor of specialty automotive aftermarket, RV, and marine parts and accessories.
