Full-Time Driver – Class A (Tow-Behind Transport & Recovery) Location: Travel Required (Home Base: Shop) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Paid per mile .80 cents driving semir truck and trailer or just bobtail .50cents per mile driving tow behind car or any G class vehicles Job completion or mike stone bonus avaliable Benefits: After 90 days if eligible About the Role We are seeking a reliable, experienced Class A Driver to join our fast‑paced transport and recovery team. This position involves traveling to various sites, hooking up tow‑behind units, and safely transporting them back to our shop for inspection and customer delivery. The role requires independence, problem‑solving, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions. Aswell as driving and loading landoll float trailer with the ability to Jumpstart units and drive on to trailer or winch onto trailer for dead units This is a pay by the job position with a temporary 3 month working window and potential to extend employment to the right candidate! with additional bankable hours for extra loads or last‑minute assignments. Candidates must be comfortable spending time away from home and working in a dynamic, on‑the‑go environment. Key Responsibilities Travel to assigned locations with tow‑behind vehicle to pick up equipment Successful connection and care or tow vehicle and equipment Transport units safely back to the shop for inspection and customer delivery Perform loading and unloading of trucks as required Conduct minor onsite diagnostics and repairs when needed (e.g., swapping batteries, alternators, or basic running repairs) Maintain accurate delivery logs and follow all safety protocols Communicate effectively with dispatch and shop staff Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements Valid Class A license Minimum 5 years of driving experience Valid passport with no restrictions for cross‑border travel Ability to lift 45–75 lbs Willingness to travel frequently and spend time away from home Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Mechanical experience is considered a strong asset Ability to work independently and handle last‑minute scheduling changes What We Offer Competitive pay based on weekly delivery performance Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow If you’re a dependable, experienced driver who enjoys hands‑on work, travel, and a fast‑moving schedule, we’d love to hear from you.
