Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional bilingual customer service in English and Spanish. Assist customers with selecting wireless plans, devices, and accessories tailored to their needs. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding. Operate the cash register accurately, handle retail sales transactions, and manage cash drawer operations with integrity. Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment. Perform retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and inventory management with precision. Provide phone etiquette support by assisting customers over the phone with inquiries or troubleshooting. Support inventory management by stocking products, tracking stock levels, and assisting with stock replenishment. Ensure compliance with POS (Point of Sale) procedures and retail store policies during all sales activities. Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; excellent communication skills are essential. Prior retail sales experience or grocery store experience is preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for team collaboration. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette. Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions, upselling, and inventory counts. Experience with cash register operations, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices. Previous experience in retail sales transactions involving POS systems is highly desirable. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
