Crib Attendant

Job Overview As a Crib Attendant, you’ll keep tools, parts, and materials organized, available, and moving efficiently to support warehouse and production operations. You’ll manage stocking, inventory control, and transactions in a warehouse management system (WMS), while coordinating with purchasing, logistics, and supply chain teams. Your impact: Accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment help warehouse and production teams avoid delays and keep work moving. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, label, store, and issue materials; support shipping and receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. Maintain inventory records in WMS, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or materials requirements planning (MRP) tools; use spreadsheets and data collection to reconcile discrepancies. Apply warehouse operations, materials handling, logistics inventory management, and inventory management software practices; operate a forklift when authorized and follow safe lifting procedures for heavy items. Review usage, demand planning, pricing, and purchasing information; support procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and category management. Use analytics, data analysis, root cause analysis, and process improvement to identify inventory issues; communicate findings across warehouse, merchandising, retail management, and supply chain functions. Experience Warehouse experience in warehouse distribution, warehouse management, inventory management, inventory control, materials management, logistics, or supply chain management is valuable. Strong math, analysis, and data analytics skills; experience with Excel data analysis, financial analysis or modeling, data mining, and data visualization is preferred. Proficient computer skills Clear cross-functional communication and negotiation skills; able to organize materials and handle physical tasks safely. Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
