Crew Leader, Holiday Lighting

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Crew Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of holiday lighting installers and ensuring timely and safe installation. Your energetic approach will help us provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring every installation is handled with professionalism and care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while actively engaging in hands-on operations. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate weekly residential installations, ensuring team members adhere to schedules and safety protocols Safely operate personal vehicles for installation purposes, complying with all traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load, unload, and handle lighting materials using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment Install custom holiday lighting packages at customers' houses, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns professionally Maintain accurate documentation of installations using mobile devices or digital tracking systems Support owner by assisting with inventory management, manual handling, and moving goods within the storage facility Requirements At least 3 years of experience in exterior holiday lighting with a focus on attention to details and safe practices, including roofline work and tree work Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial trucks or box trucks is preferred Strong knowledge of commercial lighting, holiday light displays and safe lifting practices in the workplace Experience with using mobile devices for navigation or documentation Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly while adhering to safety standards Prior experience working with commercial grade lighting equipment Join us if you’re ready to move your career forward in a fast-paced environment where your leadership and expertise will make a real impact!
