Crew Leader/Driver

Duties Safely operate a box truck or commercial vehicle to deliver goods to various locations, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Lead and supervise a crew during daily routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high safety standards Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment with proper safety practices Manage route driving efficiently, utilizing mobile devices for navigation and communication to optimize delivery schedules Assist with warehouse operations when necessary, including inventory management, manual handling, and moving materials within the facility Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and resolving any delivery issues promptly Ensure compliance with all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, weight handling in the workplace, and safe lifting practices Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or courier services with a focus on manual handling and heavy lifting Valid commercial driver’s license with experience driving box trucks or vans; familiarity with manual transmission preferred Strong knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safe driving practices for route driving and delivery vehicles Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities on mobile devices or other communication tools Experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced environment is advantageous Physical ability to perform manual lifting tasks regularly while adhering to safe lifting practices Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and exceptional service.
