al labor position requiring the use of power tools and the ability to work with wood and framing materials.Key Responsibilities:Build large wooden crates for shipping industrial machinery and oversized materialsMeasure, cut, and assemble wood using 2x4s, plywood, and other materialsOperate hand tools and power tools including nail guns, staple guns, and pneumatic toolsAssist with moving large equipment and materials using cranes or forklifts (if experienced)Package machines or large parts for domestic and export shippingFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentTravel to off-site locations for packaging projects when needed (may include multi-day, out-of-state travel)Qualifications:Experience in carpentry, construction, framing, remodeling, or woodworking preferredExperience with cranes or forklifts for moving machinery or large materials is a plusFamiliarity with power tools such as nail guns, staple guns, hammers, and tape measuresAbility to identify and work with lumber sizes such as 2x4, 2x6, and 2x8Experience with export packaging or building large shipping crates is highly preferred but not requiredComfortable performing general labor and physical workRequirements:Must be reliable and show up ready to workMust be willing to learn and be trainedComfortable using power tools and working with wood materialsAbility to travel for off-site packaging projects when neededSteel-toe boots requiredHave to take your own measuring tape and hammer to the jobPreferred Experience (Not Required):Crate building or export packagingConstruction or framing housesWorking with plywood and lumberOperating forklifts or cranesRemodeling or general carpentry work
