Customer Demand / CPFR Analyst - CPG Department: Supply Chain Location: Orem, Utah On-Site: On-Site Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience) Who We Are At Just Ingredients – a health and wellness e-commerce company – we believe that nourishing your body with real ingredients is essential for living a healthy and fulfilling life. That's why our products are made using carefully selected, whole-food ingredients. And our people are just as real as our ingredients – authentic, collaborative, and dedicated to fostering a workplace that inspires individuals and teams to reach their full potential. About The Team Our Supply Chain team makes sure the right products are in the right place at the right time across every channel – DTC, wholesale, and retail. The Customer Demand / CPFR Analyst for CPG is our supply chain link to retail and distribution partners, working hand in hand with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations, and Accounting to keep products on shelf and orders on time. What We Are Looking For We're looking for a customer-facing CPFR Analyst who is fluent in retailer data and knows how to turn it into action. You track sell-through, inventory, and in-stock performance at key customers, translate Sales plans into volumes the demand plan can use, and build strong working relationships with customer replenishment teams. When an order misses, you dig into why and help fix it. You're analytical, organized, and confident communicating with both internal teams and retail partners. What You'll Do Customer Data & Inventory Health Track customer sell-through, store and DC inventory, and in-stock performance using retailer and distributor data portals. Reconcile each customer's order forecast with the internal demand plan, and flag gaps to Demand Planning through the S&OP process. Spot inventory risks early – out-of-stocks, overstocks, and slow sell-through – and recommend actions to Sales and Supply Planning. Distribution & Launch Planning Translate Sales inputs on item resets, promotions, and new distribution into store counts, pipeline fill, and baseline weekly volume by SKU for the Demand Planner. Coordinate launch timing, pipeline fill quantities, and first-order dates with Operations so new items ship on time. Customer Collaboration Hold regular calls with customer replenishment and inventory teams on open orders, inventory health, and supply issues. Keep Sales Account Managers informed on customer supply chain activity, risks, and resolutions. Prepare supply chain results (OTIF, days of supply) for customer business reviews with the account team. OTIF & Compliance Performance Root-cause OTIF misses across order, demand, and supply drivers with Supply Planning, and review results monthly with Retail Operations. Partner with Accounting to track and report retailer chargebacks and OTIF fines, and help drive corrective actions to reduce them. Improve CPFR processes, reports, and dashboards as the customer base grows. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Medical, Dental, Life Insurance 401K with company matching 4 weeks accrued PTO Employee discounts Fast-paced environment Purposeful mission for health and wellness Qualifications What You'll Bring 3–5 years of CPFR, replenishment, or demand planning experience in CPG. Hands-on experience with retailer and distributor data portals and supply chain metrics such as OTIF, in-stock, and days of supply. Strong data skills in Excel and Domo or a similar tool (required). Ability to work directly and professionally with retailer and distributor supply chain teams.
