Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting boxes safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate routes effectively. The Courier will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service. Duties Drive vehicles: own xl SUV, minivan, cargo van to deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations. * sorting, using an app, Loading and unloading items from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling of goods. sorting *delivery in York area, 50-60 radius pickup : 1030-1130am, around 4.5 hours, based on your speed Starting Sundays, needed as back up driver Follow established delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of arrival and any issues encountered during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status and any potential delays. Upload signed paperwork on the app No taxes taken out, 1099 $130+ / day Experience/ No experience as a Courier Familiarity with route driving and navigating local areas efficiently is essential. A valid driver's license required.
