Courier Operations Manager

Coordinate delivery routes, schedules, and driver assignments. Supervise courier staff and provide operational guidance. Monitor package collection, handling, tracking, and delivery. Address delivery delays, customer concerns, and service issues. Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports. Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and logistics teams. Review delivery performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support compliance with company procedures and transportation safety standards. Assist with staffing, training, and operational planning. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in courier, delivery, logistics, or transportation operations. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Experience supervising employees or coordinating operational teams. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage schedules and prioritize multiple tasks. Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipment-tracking systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics or business education is an advantage.
