Courier Driver (Pharmacy Delivery)

Overview Secure Driven LLC is a Courier company specializing in the safe and reliable delivery of prescription medications directly to patients throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County. We are looking for dependable, responsible, and organized drivers who can complete assigned delivery routes efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Routes are generally available Monday through Friday, with pharmacy pickups typically beginning around 12:20–12:45 PM. Daily assignments and route availability may vary. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, working independently, and maintaining a flexible schedule. Duties and Responsibilities Pick up prescription medications from designated pharmacy locations. Safely and efficiently deliver medications to patients throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County. Use the Shipday Driver app to navigate routes and complete deliveries. Verify the correct medication packages before each delivery. Take three required delivery photos for documentation. Send patients a confirmation text message along with the required delivery photos. Handle medications carefully and protect confidential patient information. Communicate promptly regarding delivery issues, delays, or incorrect addresses. Follow special delivery instructions and return undeliverable medications when necessary. Maintain a professional attitude and follow all traffic safety regulations. Experience and Qualifications Previous experience with Amazon Flex, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Spark, medical courier services, or similar delivery work is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Current vehicle registration and appropriate active auto insurance. Smartphone with GPS and reliable internet access. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to navigate multiple delivery stops efficiently. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing accepted routes. Willingness to follow patient privacy and HIPAA-related requirements. No medical delivery experience is necessary. Training on our delivery procedures and Shipday app will be provided.
