Courier Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Courier Driver to join our team. Your energetic approach will help us maintain excellent service standards and build strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports, including load manifests and delivery receipts. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route changes, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols related to hazardous materials regulations, manual transmission operation, and over-the-road (OTR) driving routes. Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving or truck driving, especially with freight or logistics cargo handling. Ability to handle manual transmission vehicles confidently and perform manual handling tasks during load & unload operations. Experience with refrigerated trailers or specialized equipment such as flatbeds or tankers is a plus. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive approach to safety compliance.
