Courier Joy Daniels Real Estate Group, LTD. is looking for a reliable, professional, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Courier/Driver! This position plays an important role in supporting our busy real estate brokerage by ensuring documents, supplies, and other materials are picked up and delivered accurately, safely, and on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, courteous, and comfortable working independently while maintaining regular communication with our office staff. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys a position that involves being out in the community rather than sitting behind a desk. Responsibilities Pick up, transport, and deliver documents, packages, office supplies, and other materials between company offices, clients, vendors, and other designated locations. Coordinate with the Listing and Closing Departments to ensure timely pickup and delivery of contracts, paperwork, and other real estate-related materials. Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and instructions, making adjustments as directed to accommodate changing priorities. Maintain communication with office personnel regarding the status of assigned deliveries, completed tasks, delays, or any issues that may arise. Ensure that documents and other materials are handled carefully, accurately, and confidentially. Make scheduled and occasional trips to post offices, municipal offices, branch offices, and other locations as requested. Pick up office supplies, materials, and other items as directed by office staff. Assist with miscellaneous errands and special requests to support business operations. Obtain appropriate authorization or confirmation when required for pickups, deliveries, or other assigned tasks. Operate the company-provided vehicle in a safe, responsible, and courteous manner, following all applicable traffic laws. Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the company vehicle and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns. Follow established company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company insurance requirements. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks accurately and on time. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow instructions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to adapt to changes in schedules, routes, or assignments as business needs arise. Ability to handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion. Comfortable driving throughout the greater Harrisburg and surrounding Central Pennsylvania area. Ability to perform routine pickups and deliveries, including carrying documents, packages, and office supplies. Previous courier, delivery, or related work experience is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Schedule and Work Environment Part-time position averaging approximately 10–15 hours per week. Workdays are primarily Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional Fridays depending on business needs. Hours may vary based on the volume of deliveries, office needs, and scheduled assignments. Position involves local travel throughout the greater Harrisburg and surrounding areas beginning in Camp Hill each work day. Company vehicle provided for assigned business duties. This is an in-person position performed independently, with regular coordination and communication with office staff.
