Coupa Consultant

Title : Coupa Consultant in Location: Toronto, CA(remote) Contract 6 months We are looking for a Coupa Consultant with experience in the Coupa platform to support ongoing production support activities and system enhancements. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams to ensure the Coupa environment's stability, performance, and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Coupa platform within the EX organization, focusing primarily on configuring, optimizing, and supporting P2P modules (e.g., Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing). Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to support business operations. Functional Configuration & Implementation: Drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Coupa enhancements and new features, including requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing (UAT support), and deployment, ensuring local compliance is met. Process Optimization & Best Practices: Analyze current P2P and Spend Management business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions within Coupa to drive standardization, efficiency, and adoption across the supported regions. Integration Support: Work closely with the Integration Engineering team to define data mapping and integration logic between Coupa and NetSuite ensuring regional data integrity. Production Support & Issue Resolution: Provide functional support for Coupa, troubleshooting complex issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective, timely resolutions. Support for Integration between Coupa and NetSuite. Documentation & Training : Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and process guidelines for support and development activities. Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities for new features and enhancements. Help identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements. Required Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in NetSuite and Coupa Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field Hands-on experience implementing and supporting NetSuite and Coupa Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable functional solutions across the full implementation lifecycle. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with business user Consulting or client-facing experience is highly preferred.
