Counts Supervisor Lil Sweet Treat is a globally sourced premium pick-and-mix candy boutique with stores across New York, Washington DC, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. We run our own warehouses in Brooklyn and Los Angeles on LST WMS, integrated with NetSuite. We're seeking a Counts Supervisor to run blind cycle counts at our Brooklyn Navy Yard warehouse after the floor goes still, working alongside the Counts Associate so inventory is accurate before the next day's picking starts. This is a part-time role, Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Cycle Counts Confirm the zero-exception check with PPS and Fulfillment before starting any count Run blind cycle counts with the Counts Associate, where neither counter sees the system quantity Two-person verify any count variance over the set dollar or percentage threshold before logging it Keep the count list sized to the shift: when the list is done, the shift ends Reporting Submit the night's count results for same-night approval Flag recurring variance locations or SKUs for root-cause review Submit all overtime for pre-approval before it is worked Qualifications 1+ years in inventory control, cycle counting or warehouse auditing Comfortable working a late-afternoon or evening shift four nights a week High attention to detail, and comfortable flagging a discrepancy rather than smoothing it over Experience with NetSuite or a WMS a plus Benefits Performance-based incentives Employee discount Sick Time Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
