Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate (Bilingual in Chinese)

Join our growing team as a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate ! Wells is seeking a driven, customer-focused individual with hands-on knowledge of plumbing products and excellent communication skills. We’re seeking a dedicated individual to assist customers at our sales counter, and make deliveries when needed. Key Responsibilities: Counter Sales Duties: Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns. Assist customers with plumbing product selection and provide technical advice Process sales transactions accurately using the ERP system. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales counter and showroom. Coordinate with inside sales or purchasing teams for backorders and special orders. Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional service Warehouse Associate Duties: Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory following company procedures. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and stock audits. Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and verifying shipment accuracy. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or warehouse operations. Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or sales software a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
