Counter Sales Representative/Warehouse

Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate Winsupply Erlanger is seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate. This position involves assisting HVAC contractors with purchasing equipment, parts, and supplies while supporting daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, answering phones, pulling and preparing orders, receiving shipments, stocking inventory, and maintaining an organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous HVAC, sales, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates reliability, initiative, and a desire to grow.
