Counter Sales Associate

Overview As a Counter Sales Associate, you’ll help customers identify the right automotive product needed, process orders, and keep inventory moving accurately. You’ll combine customer service and sales skills with knowledge to support auto body repair and related needs. Your impact: Accurate guidance and order handling help customers and service teams get the components they need to keep work moving. Duties Process sales, pricing, sourcing, purchasing, procurement, and order management system transactions; enter data accurately and communicate order updates internally. Support inventory management, delivery route planning for delivery orders. Work with manufacturing, supply chain management, and procurement teams to resolve availability and fulfillment needs. Qualifications Customer service, sales, and automotive experience or knowledge; familiarity with automotive repair process. Experience with supply chain, supplier management, sourcing, purchasing, procurement management, pricing, or demand planning is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management, inventory management, logistics, shipping and receiving. Comfort with data entry, internal communication, invoicing.
