Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations to enhance customer understanding Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities Handle inside sales inquiries via phone or in-person, ensuring prompt and professional responses Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and account management Assist with inventory management, product restocking, and visual merchandising to ensure a well-presented store environment Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, inside or outside sales preferred Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions Knowledge of construction materials, renovation projects, or building supplies is highly desirable Ability to demonstrate products using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) or SketchUp software is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and inventory control Experience in negotiation, upselling, and high-end sales environments Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic understanding of marketing strategies to promote products effectively Join us as a Counter Sales Associate and become an integral part of our energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while advancing your sales career!
