Job Description Solidigm is seeking a senior Finance Cost & Inventory Manager to join our Cost of Sales team. This role oversees multiple direct reports and will Cost and Inventory forecasting, inventory reserves, and optimizing our multi-billion dollar manufacturing spend. This role is a critical finance business partner to senior leaders, requiring disciplined forecasts, accurate Close, high-quality insights, and influencing of investment decisions. Cost and Inventory touches nearly all areas of the company, requiring partnership across orgs, managing multiple stakeholders, and influencing complex decisions. Solidigm is a young, rapidly growing company, and this role will present multiple opportunities to grow with company, define new business processes, deploy new systems, and determine where and how to apply AI. Specific responsibilities include: Leading monthly forecasting process for cost and inventory including unit cost and COGS, gross inventory, inventory reserves, variance analysis, slide preparation, and presenting to leadership, including the CFO. Reporting is done in GAAP, Non-GAAP, and IFRS. Scenario planning and WIF analysis for short- and long-range forecasting. Calculating Inventory Reserves for both forecast and actuals. Owning multiple SOX controls and working with internal and external auditors to ensure proper controls and compliance. Driving continuous improvement in capabilities and processes for forecasting and reporting.
