We are seeking a reliable, motivated, detail-oriented Cosmetic Manufacturing & Fulfillment Associate to join our hands-on production team. As part of our small, collaborative team, you will be involved in various stages of the production process, including raw material preparation, compounding support, product filling, packaging, inventory management, order fulfillment, and facility sanitation. We are looking for a team player who is dependable, adaptable, organized, and willing to take initiative. Key Responsibilities Cosmetic Manufacturing & Production Assist with daily manufacturing operations, including raw material preparation, weighing, mixing support, filling, labeling, and packaging. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Operate and assist with the maintenance of manufacturing equipment under appropriate supervision. Support production schedules while maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist with product inspections and quality control procedures. Documentation & Quality Compliance Accurately complete batch production records, equipment logs, cleaning records, and inventory documentation. Follow established quality, safety, and sanitation procedures. Identify and report production discrepancies, equipment issues, or quality concerns promptly. Maintain organized and accurate manufacturing records. Equipment Cleaning & Facility Sanitation Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment, including mixers, pumps, incubators, and laminar flow hoods, as applicable. Maintain clean and organized production, storage, and work areas. Complete required cleaning and sanitation logs. Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow workplace safety requirements. Inventory & Material Handling Receive, inspect, label, organize, and store raw materials and packaging components. Assist with weighing, tracking, and staging materials for production. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic physical inventory counts. Identify inventory shortages, discrepancies, and replenishment needs. Assist with data entry, label printing, and general inventory administration. Packaging, Shipping & Fulfillment Prepare finished products for shipment, including labeling, packing, and quality checks. Pick, pack, and fulfill customer and wholesale orders accurately. Assist with carton preparation, palletizing, and shipping documentation. Safely operate manual or electric pallet jacks when trained and authorized. Support warehouse organization and daily shipping activities. Team Support Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and management personnel. Adapt to changing priorities and assist across departments as needed. Take initiative to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. Perform additional production and operational duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Basic mathematical skills, including measurements, counting, and calculations. Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Comfortable performing a variety of hands-on manufacturing and warehouse tasks.
