Coach and develop plant talent: Build the skills of plant supply chain team members through hands-on coaching, practical problem-solving, clear expectations, and sustainable leader standard work. Improve inventory performance: Advance inventory accuracy, cycle-count discipline, book-to-physical performance, inventory turns, and the reduction of excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and constrained materials. Resolve constraints quickly: Facilitate material and inventory reviews, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and drive timely corrective actions for shortages, past-due work orders, quality holds, supplier issues, and customer risks. Create visibility and accountability: Use data, Power BI, ERP information, and management reporting to identify trends, communicate risks, and focus teams on the actions that matter most. Partner across the enterprise: Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Engineering, plant leadership, customers, suppliers, and other facilities to improve business results. Support strategic initiatives: Coordinate interplant builds, tool transfers, launches, EDI improvements, supplier-performance reviews, and global supply chain projects.
