Key Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments efficiently and accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and responsibly Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Valid Drivers License with clean MVR history Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Basic computer skills for inventory management systems Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime if required Must be able to pass drug and background screenings We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
