Coordinator - Truckload

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of the trucking operation by ensuring drivers, loads, appointments, and operational documentation are accurately coordinated and monitored. This position serves as a key link between the drivers, dispatch, customers, and internal operations helping maintain efficient workflows and accurate information within the transportation management system. (TMS) KEY RESPONSIBLITIES: Driver & load track and trace. Paperwork collection. Workflow corrections. Identify and correct errors with in TMS. Schedule services and route though appointments.
