Key Accountabilities What you'll do: Apply your candidate sourcing and screening expertise to identify and engage qualified talent. Use your communication and assessment skills to conduct efficient, high-quality phone screens. Collaborate with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition teams to support hiring goals and improve candidate pipelines. Contribute to recruitment delivery and workforce planning objectives by leveraging your sourcing capabilities. Drive improvements in sourcing effectiveness and recruiter productivity through the use of AI-powered tools, market insights, and process-driven best practices. Skills & Requirements Must Have Demonstrated ability in high - volume candidate sourcing, screening, and talent identification . Strength in candidate engagement, communication, and relationship building . Familiarity with Indeed, ATS platforms, and AI-enabled tools such as Copilot , or the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, and collaborative recruitment environment . Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management . Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and productivity standards . Good to Have Experience sourcing for warehouse, operations, or high-volume hiring roles . Knowledge of talent market insights, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices . For this role, the initial expected remuneration is competitive for Mexico and for US: $44,800 – $59,700 USD plus applicable benefits This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
