Coordinator Sample Fulfillment
Floor & DecorPurpose Responsible for the order fulfillment of sample orders to customers and ship-to-store samples for take-home sample programs. Additionally, this role will expand responsibilities through cross-training and assisting in inventory operations to support broader business needs. Essential Functions Key activities and duties are listed below, but additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified according to business needs. Processing orders for sample fulfillment: tasks include order generation, picking, packaging, and shipping using the warehouse management systems in place. Operates RF / data capture devices so that orders are accurately picked, and inventory is consumed correctly. Operates handling equipment and ensuring safety regulations and company policy are followed. Loads and/or assists in the loading of all outbound samples into delivery vehicles. Cross-trains in inventory operations and assists with inventory-related tasks such as cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Performs other general warehouse duties as needed. undefined undefined Minimum Eligibility Requirements Minimum one year experience in a warehouse order picking/fulfillment, eCommerce fulfillment, and/or outbound processing roles. Experienced in the use of warehouse scanning and/or data capture technology equipment and systems. (Ex: Mobile Devices, RF scan technology, Warehouse Management Systems). Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast paced and high-volume work environment. Must be self-motivated and operate with a sense of urgency to meet tasks deadlines. Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task. High School graduate or equivalent. Relevant job experience can be substituted for the required education based on one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education. Must be customer service oriented and strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ability and willingness to cross-train in inventory operations, including cycle counting, stock replenishment, and supporting inventory accuracy initiatives. Working Conditions (travel, environment) While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.
