Broward Health Corporate ISC Department: Patient Logistics Center Req 34334 Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 0.900000 Summary: Performs bed placement functions for Inpatient, Emergency Department, Direct Admits and External Transfers to ensure patients are placed in the most appropriate bed, meeting the appropriate Level of Care and for customer satisfaction. Obtains pertinent information and maintenance of transfer logs. Responsible for providing support to Case Management and Social Workers at facilities with transportation arrangement based of patient’s coverage or facilities administrative approval to arrange.
