We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Replenisher to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will restore stock in a cooler environment to designated warehouse pick locations using power equipment, assist with shipment preparation and support general inventory upkeep. Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30 pm Employment type: Permanent, Full Time Existing Vacancy: Yes AI Disclosure: Not Used Location: 5876 Coopers Ave, Mississauga, ON, L4Z 2B9 Reporting to: Supervisor Key Duties & Responsibilities Order Processing & Replenishment: Accurately pick customer orders, fill empty pick locations, verify bin locations, and stage shipments. Equipment Operation: Safely operate a Raymond Reach truck, forklift, and walkie to move and manage inventory. Safety & Workplace Standards: Adhere to all safety regulations, wear proper PPE, use safe lifting techniques, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications & Technical Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; active Raymond Reach certification preferred. . Certifications: Raymond Reach certification preferred. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Math Skills: Basic mathematical proficiency. Communication & Skills: Functional written and verbal English communication, plus basic math skills. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Physical Demands: Ability to work in a 1°C cold environment and perform repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs). Teamwork & Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
