Cookie Bagger/ Fulfillment Driver

Role summary The Cookie Bagger / Fulfillment Driver keeps customer cookie orders moving from production to pickup. Most of the shift is spent individually sealing cookies for customer orders at a steady, company-standard pace. Every day, this person also drives a company van to two local locations and makes sure every order on the load list arrives, with nothing left behind. This is a repetitive, detail-driven role. It suits someone who likes a clear routine, can stay focused on the same task for hours, and takes pride in getting it right every time. Key responsibilities Cookie bagging Individually seal cookie bags for customer orders Meet the company standard of 1 rack (480 cookies) bagged and sealed in 1.5 hours Keep bags clean, sealed correctly, and grouped by order so nothing gets mixed up Keep the bagging station organized and stocked Local delivery Drive the company van to 2 local store locations every day Check off every item on the load list before leaving and again at drop-off Confirm every customer order on the list is loaded; nothing gets left behind Hand off orders to the store team and flag any missing or damaged items right away Keep the van clean and report vehicle issues before they become problems Why the load list matters Leaving a customer order behind is the most costly mistake in this role. When an order doesn't arrive, the baristas at that location are left facing a customer with nothing to hand them. That costs the company money and damages customer trust. Checking the load list every time, with no shortcuts, is a core part of this job, not an extra step.
