Job Summary Oreo Convenience is seeking a responsible and organized Convenience Store Supervisor to oversee daily store activities and support efficient retail operations. The successful candidate will supervise store employees, coordinate shift activities, monitor inventory, assist customers, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment. Assign shift duties and coordinate staff schedules. Monitor inventory levels and assist with product replenishment. Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are properly stocked. Oversee cash register operations and payment procedures. Assist customers with product questions and service requests. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally. Monitor product expiration dates and storage conditions. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management. Assist with employee training and performance monitoring. Follow company policies and applicable retail procedures. Qualifications and Requirements Previous retail or convenience store experience preferred. Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic cash-handling and inventory management knowledge. Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with POS systems and retail software. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
