Own the numbers behind a company that’s growing fast. Rimco keeps commercial trucks rolling across the United States and Canada. Under the A1 Truck Wheels brand, we import and distribute commercial truck wheels to tire dealers and fleets, from distribution centers in North Dakota, Dallas and Columbus. The business has outgrown spreadsheets and good intentions. We’re building a finance function to match where we’re headed, and we’re hiring the person who will lead it. WHAT YOU’LL OWN ■ The monthly close: on time, every month, with a reporting package leadership acts on ■ The balance sheet, cash flow and working capital ■ Inventory valuation and landed cost by SKU (freight, duty and tariffs included), so margin is real by product and by customer ■ Lender and compliance reporting, accurate and on schedule ■ Sign-off on cycle counts and the year-end physical, with the authority to call a recount ■ The finance side of our new ERP implementation, built right from day one ■ Leadership of our Logistics Coordinator WHAT YOU BRING ■ You’ve owned a balance sheet before. This isn’t a first controller seat. ■ Experience in an inventory-heavy import, wholesale or distribution business ■ A working command of landed cost, inventory accounting and multi-location inventory ■ ERP implementation experience, ideally including a move off QuickBooks ■ Precision that holds up when someone asks where a number came from ■ The judgment to work alongside owners in a founder-led company: direct, practical and steady HOW WE WORK The role is hybrid. You’ll be mostly on-site in Neche for your first nine months, learning the business from the warehouse floor up. After that, your on-site time centers on month-end close, physical inventory and ERP milestones. You’ll work directly with ownership, our outside CPA firm and our fractional CFO.
