This role requires strong knowledge of federal regulations, cost analysis, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely and compliant contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and other contractual documents.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and 2 CFR 200 requirements for federal contracts.
• Conduct contract price analysis
• Support negotiations with partners and vendors on terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Support proposal efforts, including risk assessment and contractor document collection.
• Maintain accurate records in contract management systems and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to align contract strategies with project objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of contracting, subcontracting and/or procurement experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in FAR/DFARS compliance requirements.
• Proven track record managing complex procurement actions and negotiations.
• Must have (or obtain) DoD Secret Security Clearance within 60 days of hire, which includes U.S. citizenship.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Experience with Space Force or DoD programs; advanced Excel proficiency - preferred
