Contracts & Sourcing Specialist

Contracts & Sourcing Specialist supporting sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supplier management across logistics, warehousing, robotics, and material handling categories. This 12-month contract will own sourcing activities including RFPs, vendor quotes, pricing analysis, contract administration, supplier engagement, and procurement reporting. Qualifications 3+ years of sourcing or procurement experience Background sourcing within logistics, transportation, warehousing, 3PL, or related operational categories Experience supporting global suppliers or international sourcing activities Strong RFP, bid leveling, spend analysis, pricing comparison, and vendor evaluation experience Experience with contract administration, amendments, contract documentation, and PO exhibits Comfortable managing multiple suppliers, stakeholders, and sourcing projects simultaneously Experience within a large-scale enterprise procurement environment Strong communication, organization, and ability to work independently Why this Role Own sourcing processes end-to-end with direct supplier and stakeholder exposure Support global logistics, warehousing, robotics, and material handling categories Opportunity to improve procurement processes, workflows, dashboards, and reporting Exposure to strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier performance, and operational procurement Bay Area candidates preferred for a 3-day onsite schedule, with exceptional PST-based remote candidates potentially considered
