Contracts & Order Management Administrator

Job Title: Contracts & Order Management Administrator Location: Horseheads, NY (Onsite) Pay Rate: $85K-100K annually Employment Type: Direct hire Benefits: Medical insurance, 401K, sick leave, and EAP Role & Responsibilities We are seeking a Contracts & Order Management Administrator for a nuclear instrumentation manufacturer which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in order management and contracts administration looking to further their career in engineered-products manufacturing. Serve as primary customer contact through quote-to-cash; prepare quotes and enter orders in ERP (Fourth Shift) Process POs, acknowledgements, change orders, and quote revisions; maintain the quote database Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and shipments; track orders against scope, budget, and timeline Partner with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Production, and Shipping to resolve issues Support customer surveillances and source inspections (commercial/scheduling) Essential Qualifications 2+ years in customer service, order management, contracts administration, project management, or sales operations Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems; strong communication and attention to detail Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted Bonus Qualifications Experience in commercial nuclear, naval reactor, defense, or scientific-instrumentation industries Familiarity with ITAR/EAR or nuclear compliance (10 CFR Part 21, NQA-1) CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) Why Averro?
