Contracts Manager

Commercial Contracts Manager (Remote / Full-time / In-House) A Latitude client in the financial services industry is looking for Contracts Manager to support the in-house legal team. This role is focused on reviewing and redlining commercial agreements, independently resolving as many issues as possible on the commercial side, and escalating matters to the legal team when needed. The role also involves building out and enhancing internal contracting systems, developing and refining playbooks and fallback positions, and identifying opportunities to streamline the contracting process from intake to execution. Basic Requirements For The Contracts Manager Role 6+ years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or a similar commercial contracting role (in-house experience highly preferred) Demonstrated experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements Experience developing or improving contract playbooks, templates, fallback positions, and/or contract management systems Sound judgment about when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate to legal Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and a process-improvement mindset Outstanding professional references A JD is not required; this role Position Details Of The Contracts Manager Role Type of role: Contract In-House Schedule: Full-time (estimated 30-40 hours a week) Location: Remote Compensation Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $93,600 to $124,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
