Location: Calgary Head Office Department: Pacific Link Reports to: Manager, Supply Chain Management Purchasing Worker Type: Contract Schedule Type: Full-time Work Setting: In-office Trans Mountain is seeking a collaborative, motivated, and values-driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Contracts Administrator, Purchasing, Pacific Link (Contract). This position will provide contract administration and coordination support for Supply Chain Management major contract and purchasing deliverables across Pacific Link project portfolio. The successful candidate will support procurement processes from solicitation through contract administration, maintain procurement and purchasing records, coordinate stakeholder activities, and contribute to efficient, compliant, and commercially sound project execution. Key Responsibilities Provide purchasing and contract administration support for procurement activities across the Pacific Link project portfolio. Coordinate and administer procurement documentation, bid packages, purchase orders, contracts, amendments, and associated records. Support competitive solicitation processes, including RFx preparation, issuance, bidder communications, receipt of submissions, and record management. Maintain procurement and contract files, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, auditable, and aligned with corporate governance requirements. Assist with commercial evaluations, contract award documentation, approvals, and execution activities. Support contract administration activities including correspondence management, invoice processing, change documentation, reporting, and close-out requirements. Monitor purchasing and contract milestones, deliverables, and action items, escalating risks or issues when appropriate. Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Indigenous Relations, and other key stakeholders to facilitate procurement and contracting activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process documentation, and reporting requirements within the Supply Chain Management project function.
