Key Responsibilities For The Contract Specialist Draft, review, edit, and negotiate contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and Statements of Work. Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal. Support commercial aviation maintenance, repair, and service agreements. Collaborate with leadership and operational teams on contract terms and compliance matters. Evaluate contract risk and recommend solutions to protect business interests. Maintain accurate contract documentation and records throughout the contract process. Qualifications For The Contract Specialist 4+ years of contract administration, contract management, or contract negotiation experience. Experience managing contracts from cradle-to-grave. Commercial contracting experience preferred; government contracting experience also considered. Bachelor's degree preferred; JD, paralegal background, military contracting experience, or contract certifications are a plus.
